Conbook & Goodies

Our conbook this year was half-size (5 1/2" x 8 1/2") with a full-color cover and grayscale interior.  The book featured art contributions and prose by furries who submitted to the conbook, including a special comic "The Furry Con" by Guest of Honor Mike Curtis (illustrated by Shelley Pleger).

Our Sponsorship goodies included a Sponsor button, two limited edition color prints (one from Guest of Honor NeoGeen), and a pass to the ice cream social event.  Patrons received all the benefits of Sponsorship, plus two more prints (one of these a limited edition print from an original Katmandu storyboard sketch), a free convention t-shirt, a free dinner with the Guests of Honor, and preferential seating at special events.

Thanks to all who entered the contest.  We received SO much good art this year, it was really hard to select just one winner!  In fact, we had such a difficult time deciding, we declared two winners.  The Grand Prize went on the con t-shirt, and the Runner-Up was featured on the front of our program guide:

Karen received a free Patron membership to the convention, and Meredith was given the equivalent of a Sponsor-level upgrade.  Wonderful work, guys!  Most of the other wonderful art we received, if appropriate to the theme "Growing Pains", was found in the pages of our conbook.  Thanks again to all who participated.
